Statement on Civil Nuclear Cooperation with India received from the Permanent Mission of Germany to IAEA, 10th September 2008

The Agency had received a communication dated 10 September 2008 from the Permanent Mission of Germany, forwarding a letter from the Chairman of the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) to the Director General attached to which was a “Statement on Civil Nuclear Cooperation withjj India” adopted by the NSG.
