Visit of French delegation comprising of 10 companies from the Railway sector for Exporail 2007

UBIFRANCE in collaboration with the Economic Department of the French Embassy are bringing a group of 10 top French railway companies including Alstom, AREP, SETEC to Exporail 2007, India’s new industry rail exhibition from 15th to 18th October in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. The main aim of this visit is to promote state of the art technologies and share experiences in their respective fields such as design, engineering, rolling stock, signalling and maintenance.

Some prominent French companies have built long lasting relations in India and are major players in the railways industry and metro development plans. Some of these companies include: Alstom for rolling stock, Veolia for Mumbai metro PPP, Thales for signalling and ticketing, Vossoh Cogifer for points and crossings, Faiveley for brake systems, Systra Engineering Corys for training simulators etc.
